Roar Aasvang:
Msc Trondheim and BA Oslo. 20 years experience from the IT-market in Scandinavia. Founder and CEO of several companies in the consultancy and software market. CEO of Exense ASA, listed on OSE, from 2000 to Feb. 2007. Considerable experience from strategic processes and issues related to publicly traded companies.

Tore Hopen:
MBA Rotterdam School of Managemen and Royal Norwegian Naval Academy. 11 years experience from the finance in New York, London and Oslo. Former positions as associate in JP Morgan, assistant director of business development in Storebrand ASA, CFO in Storebrand Bank, CEO of SEB Privatbanken and head of corporate finance Norway in Handelsbanken Capital Markets. Considerable experience from strategic processes and financial markets.

Jan Wessel Bratterud:
NMH Oslo. 15+ years as product, marketing and alliance manager in the IT-market. Worked for both global corporations and small startups. Long international experience; visited and worked with clients in more than 30 countries. Worked with strategic processes and M&A since 2003.

In addition we have a number of former CEO's and CFO's associated to our company.  This enable us to put together specific task force teams for each assignment in order to fulfill specific customer requirements.
